My name is Jay Ronca and I am the Owner, Founder and Manager of the Security Operator Insurance (SOI) program. Shortly after graduating High School, like my Father before me, I served as a United States Marine. I spent my 4 years at The Marine Security Guard School in Quantico, VA with some of the best the Marine Corps has to offer.
After my tour of duty ended, I worked at the Department of State in Arlington, VA teaching personnel how to use the computer systems out at our various Embassies and Consulates throughout the World.
Years later, I had an opportunity to join a very well-respected Insurance Brokerage that I wasn’t able to pass up. Fast forward 15 years and I’m still happy to have the opportunity to serve the people who serve us.
Along the way I noticed a disturbing trend within the Security Guard & Patrol industry when it came to insurance and decided to tackle it head on.
